We are a family owned and operated transportation business based in Randolph County, AR. We service all of NEA and its surrounding areas. Our passion is to provide ground transportation services to our rural communities. Focusing on providing comprehensive and efficient services to meet each individual's needs. Whether it be a business, pleasure, or a medically necessary appointment you wish to make. We want to make our services available to you when you need us most.

As a medical professional over the years, in all different areas of Nursing. One common finding I came across was a constant lack of available transportation, especially for those with medically necessary conditions needing to be addressed. At Top Water Transit Our goal is to bridge that gap and make our rural communities healthcare and transportation needs just as important and accessible as they are in more populated areas.

Services we provide

We currently provide ambulatory, Wheelchair, and stretcher-alternative services. Our vehicles are rear-entry wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant. We provide services for: Hospital discharges, Nursing facilities, dialysis, doctors' appointments, physical therapy, church/shopping, medical equipment pickup, airport drop-off or pickup, Family gatherings and much more. We ask that appointments be made 48 hours in advance. We will accommodate short notice appointments depending on vehicle availability. All cancellations must be made no later than 4 hours prior to scheduled trip. Transportation is available after hours, weekends, and holidays at an increased rate.
